Biography
Born in 1930 in Alosaylat Town (East Nile region), Haj Al-Tahir Al-Mansour was a respected businessman, politician, and community leader. He studied at a traditional Quranic school and the Scientific Institute. Known for his wisdom, tolerance, and jovial personality, he served under various governments and became the first president of the Legislative Council of Khartoum State due to being the oldest member. He was considered a local historian of Khartoum and believed in democracy as the best governance system for Sudan.
